For each of its exhibitions, mudac offers different forms of activity, from the classic guided tour to specific projects aimed at a particular public. The variety of these activities enables the museum to reach a very wide audience, while also highlighting the omnipresence of design and the applied arts in everyday life.
Workshops, guided tours, teaching aids, lectures… All these events are adapted to the general public as well as to schoolchildren, students, families, professionals from various fields and people with disabilities.
In addition to entertainment and the dissemination of scientific content, the activities are built around the development of trans-disciplinary skills such as collaboration, reflexion and creative thinking. During the workshops and visits, societal issues raised by the exhibitions are regularly discussed with the participants. The mudac cultural outreach programme thus acts as an extension of the exhibitions.
