Screening of the film Way Beyond by Pauline Julier
From 6pm to 8 pm
At CERN, Julier documented in images the Future Circular Collider (FCC), a huge collaborative particle accelerator project involving more than 150 institutions that could help trace the origins of the universe. Her film, Way Beyond, offers a captivating look at this multi-faceted human, terrestrial and scientific adventure, exploring its communication elements, political implications and funding. The retro-futuristic archive footage and soundtrack contrast with the pragmatic discussions between the experts.
